Message: I have been working with the Vel-Tye team for over a year now, and continue to be impressed with their products and their willingness to work with me on customizing gear for my long range shooting competitions. Whether I want to customize an existing product to my particular needs, or bring in an idea for a new product or application, they are always friendly, quick and easy to work with. What they have displayed on their website is just a small sample of what they can do for you. They cover a wide range of applications, from competitive shooting to military and law enforcement. I recommend that anyone who has tactical nylon requirements check out the Vel-Tye team. You won't be disappointed. Steve, Harvey and the rest of the staff will take good care of you. Message: Thanks! Met you at Warbirds this year with my son on the last day. Gave away some of your products to the delighted folks at my airfield the next day. Very versatile products and of great use to the RC folks. One guy was uning the one wraps to hold his plane on cleats in his trailer. Millions of uses. So, I came back to buy some more. Message: Steve and the team at Vel Tye are my go to guys and have been for the past five or more years. I've been in Law Enforcement since 1979 and have seen tac gear makers come and go but I have never found one as willing to work with the customer to meet your every need from a simple easy to use sling to the "Hugger" system.... I got mine with a couple of "Low Vis" units so that I could customize based on the mission. Whether it's an active shooter while on patrol, an EDP while deployed with the Negotiations Team or a violent mob when I'm out with the riot team I think Vel Tye has made me ready for just about anything. I don't have to worry about my gear performing I can concentrate on the task at hand and be confident that I have what I need to get home safe. Thanks Steve, Harvey and the rest of the Vel Tye Team.

Message: The Customer Service at Vel Tye is above and beyond what one would expect. Their work speaks for itself. I am a small EOD Tech, so many issued gear items do not fit properly. Vel tye has customized some of my existing items and created new ones to fix this issue. Specifically I have been using their weapons retention system, and it has become the envy of my team and many other techs as well. It is perfect for fast-rope ops, any jobs where I want it out of the way, and outlasted the stress course with no issues. Also, they have custom-made a weapons belt to fit me and what I carry on it exactly. They come up with fantastic ideas or let me, and put them into action. I will continue to brag about their company and if you go there, you will likely run into me. I highly suggest becoming a regular at Vel Tye!

Message: I met Steve at an annual Warbirds RC Club show at Lums Pond State Park in Delaware 3 years ago. My
DE-801 AFJROTC cadets were providing parking assistance for the show. I stopped at the Vel-Tye booth and chatted with Steve, admiring his innovative products. As I started to walk away, Steve asked me for my cell phone. He took the LG flip phone, quickly wrapped a holder to a perfect fit, and handed it back to me. When I asked how much I owed him, he just waived his hand and thanked me for having served our country and for my current position as a mentor to our country's future leaders. He left a great impression on me about his character and the future of his company. I have had this holder ever since and still looks great! I have received so many comments about how well it holds my phone that I decided to find him to purchase another holder to give as a gift. I don't need a replacement, it still looks brand new after daily use! I've looked for Steve every year at the Warbirds but have missed him. Luckily, although the 800 number was not valid, I could still read the company's name on the tag and Googled it. Now that I've found you, I will be recommending it to all of my family and friends.
