Just like our other vest The "HUGGER" is a soft sided vest that fits close to the body and is adjustable for a custom fit. The Soft Armor Only version is being used by Norfolk Va's Vice and Narcotics Unit, and other local Law Enforcement. Designed without pockets for hard plates, this one can still have a stab plate pocket placed inside.
Working with the local police we are always developing new items to go with this carrier. Some officers have set up their Huggers as a "throw on" tactical vest, they can have at the ready. When equipped with our Short Low Vis, Mag Holders, Handcuff Holders, Custom Flashlight Holders, Utility Pouch, and other accessories the Hugger quickly becomes modular to suit most urban tactical situations.
