Step 1.
Remove your front soft armor panels.

Step 2.
Trace the front panel on a piece of paper, you can use butcher paper, poster board or even gift wrapping
paper. Make sure to trace ONLY the body armor not the carrier. (Some armor manufactures have large
amounts of excess cover material, for a better fit trace as close to the armor as possible.)
                 
*We deal with many of Law Enforcement Officers wanting an outer carrier for their concealable armor.
           In that case if you wish trace the armor while still inside your concealable carrier, so that you 
           place it inside the Hugger while still inside your concealable carrier.
                    

Step 3.
Please make notes on the tracing that it is the front panel and what brand, size, and model it is. Also
write down if it has a stab plate insert and the size H x W x D.
(Brand, size, and model is not necessary but can be very helpful.)

Step 4.
Repeat steps 1- 3 for your back panel and side panels if necessary.

Step 5.
Send all of your tracings to the address below. Feel free to fold them.
